These terms govern your use of the Tidora Android app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Service and eligibility

Tidora is moon-phase calculations and planning. You must be legally able to accept these terms and must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or use the app unlawfully.

2. Your content and local data

You retain ownership of content you enter. You grant no ownership of that content to Openverse merely by storing it locally. You are responsible for keeping backups or exports where the app offers them. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may permanently erase local records.

3. Purchases

Paid access is sold through Google Play. Product type, price, billing period, trial eligibility, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms shown by Google Play at checkout control your purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Restore purchases from the app where available. Refunds are handled under Google Play policy and applicable law.

4. Advertising

The free version may show Google AdMob ads. Premium access is intended to remove all ads. Ads are third-party content; an ad does not imply Openverse endorsement.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, analytics, purchases, advertising, retention, and your choices.

6. Intellectual property

The app, design, code, branding, and supplied content are owned by Openverse or its licensors and protected by law. These terms grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app.

7. Availability and changes

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, and network-dependent services may be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Openverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or decisions made from app content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination and changes

You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access for material abuse. Material term changes will be posted here with a new update date.
